Rules of use
I.
Make proper use of the furniture and facilities
The user undertakes to make proper use of the furniture and facilities that the center is equipped with, refraining from modifying the physical location of the furniture and the existing office equipment, as well as not manipulating in any way the facilities made available to him/her.
II.
Report incidents
In the event of observing any deterioration or anomalous functioning in the elements installed in the center, the user must inform the owner of the center immediately and as soon as possible of the existence of any incident in the same.
III.
Maintain a good coexistence with other users
The user will refrain from maintaining attitudes that in any way harm or disturb the rest of the present or future users in the center.
IV.
Respect the timetables for use of the center
Users may only remain inside the center for the time they have contracted with the owner and, in the case of occupying private areas, during the hours of use established at any given time.
V.
Respectful use of the common areas
The user must use the elements in the common areas of the center (office kitchen, toilet, leisure area, etc.) with special care, bearing in mind that the purpose of these areas is for all the users of the center to have an area for recreation or relaxation.
VI.
Access to private areas
The user will not be able to access, even occasionally, to those areas that are private and that have not been contracted.
VII.
No smoking
It is strictly forbidden to smoke, as well as to carry out any activity which, by law, is forbidden.
